Stamp Camp - May 6, 2012

Stamp Camp was fun and it is great to catch up with everyone.  I am late in posting the cards, the week just zoomed by me.  I had put all the inks away but do have the name of the sets I used.  All the stamp sets are being discontinuted from the current catalog.  Here are the cards that we did:

Stamp set: Autumn Days
I have always liked this set, it makes great man cards.

Stamp set: Baroque Motifs
I have used this set a number of times. It makes great wedding cards.

Stamp set: Inspired by nature & Flight of the Butterfly
I waited a long time to get Inspired by nature....love it

Stamp Set: Wedding Sweet
I made 2 sets of wedding invites with this set.  It is a must have set.

Golf card

Hi!  Didn't think you'd hear from me again so soon, did you?  I guess I got in the groove from our swap, plus my husband wanted me to make a golf-related card for his parents 54th wedding anniversary because he bought them tickets to the 2013 U.S. Open (incredibly nice gift if you know anything about golf).  Here is what I came up with:

I whipped it up in about an hour last night after I would normally have been in bed, so this morning when I looked at it, there are some things I would definitely change, but considering I did it half asleep, it turned out pretty well.

I made a card for my mom's birthday, which is tomorrow, but I'll save that for another post.

Baby Card - Stinkin Cute

A co-worker ask me to make a babyshower card for her, I knew I wanted to use this stamp and it looks grand.  I had to use all the baby colors because the couple wants to be surprise as to boy or girl.

This is one of my favorite cards, I cased it from SCS.  I like how the flower is inked red and cut out to be placed over the black flower, easy.

Another favorite of mine, I really like how the colors go together.
